A Remote Online Notary (RON) is a certified professional who can perform notarizations electronically over a secure internet connection. RONs are legally permitted to verify signatures, administer oaths, and certify documents remotely, eliminating the need for in-person meetings.

We use advanced identity verification methods, video conferencing technology, and secure digital tools provided by approved technology providers. The use of approved technology providers is required by law as a level of assurance that the notarization process is valid, compliant with state laws, and secure.

Typical Fees:

$25.00 for the first notary seal, exclusive of platform fees

$10.00 for each additional notary seal

If the document requires multiple signers and each person completes a separate meeting, each signer pays $25 for the first notary seal.

Multiple Signer/Additional notarizations: If multiple signers are required to complete the document, each signer will be responsible for paying a separate $25 for the separate meeting that may be required to complete the document.

All signers must pass the Identify verification process.
